About the firm
Independent. Experienced. For you.
Bailey Appraisal Service exists to level the playing field between vehicle owners and insurance carriers.
Our story
We spent decades inside the claims industry.
With more than 25 years in the insurance industry and valuing cars, boats, RVs, motorcycles, off road vehicles, golf carts, heavy equipment and commercial trucking, our founder saw firsthand how total loss valuations are calculated, and how they often fall short of a vehicle's true value.
Bailey Appraisal Service was built to put that experience to work for the people who need it most: vehicle owners facing a settlement that doesn't reflect what they've lost. We know how carriers value cars, which means we know how to challenge them.
We are an independent appraisal service—not a law firm and not an insurance company. Our only obligation is to represent your vehicle's actual cash value accurately and fairly.

About me
Kris Bailey
I'm Kris Bailey, the founder of Bailey Appraisal Service. I spent more than 25 years in the insurance claims industry, where I saw exactly how carriers calculate total loss settlements—and how often those offers leave vehicle owners shortchanged.
I started this firm to put that experience on your side of the table. My job is to give you an independent, market based appraisal that reflects what your vehicle was actually worth when you exercise the appraisal clause in your policy.
When you work with Bailey Appraisal Service, you work directly with me. No call centers, no outsourced teams—just straightforward fair appraisals and a genuine commitment to getting you a fair settlement.
